Achievement:
2B+G+10=13 storied building with two basement is a heavy loaded structure. Length and size of piles has been reduced by considering soil-structure interaction. GnS designed whole shore protection system in a safe & economic manner. Earthquake, Wind & Gravity loads have been considered for design of foundation. The structure has been designed to comply with BNBC 2020. Precast pile with ground improvement were chosen as optimum solution and economical cost for this project.
