Achievement:
B+G+9-storied building with one basement is designed to make the best use of property. Our Architects have accommodated 19 car parking. Designers have avoided interior columns to maximize the usable area for residents. Sand compaction pile (SCP) has been prescribed and constructed instead of piling. Foundation cost is reduced and will prevent Seismic Liquefaction induced damage during Earthquake. Quality design and best use of property is achieved within client’s budget.
