The sketch on the right updates live and shows the plot shape (square, rectangle, trapezoid or skewed), the area in square feet, katha and shotok, the direction (north arrow) and every dimension. Download it as a JPG or a print-ready A4 PDF to share with buyers, family or your engineer.

Enter the four sides and, ideally, one diagonal. If opposite sides are equal and all corners are 90° the sketch says rectangular or square; if the corners differ it is marked skewed or irregular. A diagonal of √(front² + side²) means a right-angled corner.

Four side lengths alone do not fix a four-sided shape — it can be pushed out of square. One diagonal (front-right corner to back-left corner) locks the exact shape and area.
